This program is introduces paddlers to the Upper Kananaskis in a supportive, guided environment. Designed for those new to the Upper Kan, this course focuses on building familiarity with the river, understanding its key features, and developing the confidence to navigate it safely.  

Participant's must be capable to paddle self-directed with confidence on Class II/II+ with a reliable roll.
