The Intro to Whitewater SUP clinic is designed to introduce participants to essential skills for navigating moving water. This includes learning to read currents, effectively navigate on the river, and identify and avoid potential hazards.
 
The clinic will begin with a comprehensive review of fundamental stroke skills, providing a solid foundation before moving on to more dynamic river navigation techniques such as ferry gliding and eddy turns.
 
Our goal is to equip participants with the knowledge and confidence to safely enjoy whitewater SUP.
